01The service

SymplysisAI Store Builder (the “app”) is an embedded Shopify application that generates a branded store — brand identity, theme, pages, product content, imagery and offers — from a product URL or description you provide, and installs it into your Shopify store when you ask. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms, entered into with SymplysisAI, Inc.(“we”, “us”).

02Your account

• You must hold a Shopify store in good standing and have authority to act for it.
• The app is authenticated entirely through Shopify — there is no separate password. You are responsible for who can access your Shopify admin.
• You must be able to form a binding contract (a business tool, not for children).

03Plans, trials and billing

• Paid plans are flat monthly subscriptions billed through the Shopify Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice. There are no usage-based or revenue-based fees.
• New subscriptions include a free trial as shown on the plan screen.
• You can cancel anytime in the app; you keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Uninstalling cancels your subscription the same day. If Shopify still issues an invoice for a period after your uninstall, contact support@symplysis.com and we will credit it.
• Plan limits (store generations, AI images) reset each 30-day billing period.

04What the app does to your store

• Generated stores install as new, unpublished themes. The app never writes into your live theme, and publishing is always your explicit click — your previous theme survives as a draft.
• The generated themes and the app’s own automatic discounts are listed on the settings page and deletable there at any time. Products, pages, menus and images the app created for you are ordinary Shopify content from the moment they exist — they live in your admin under Products, Pages, Navigation and Files, and you remove them the same way you remove anything else in your store.
• No lock-in: everything written into your store belongs to your store and keeps working forever, including after you uninstall. The app contains no license checks and no kill switches.
• The app never modifies Shopify checkout and never collects payments outside it.

05AI-generated content

• Generated copy, brand names and imagery are produced by AI from your inputs. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable — review everything before you publish.
• You are responsible for what you publish: product claims, pricing, legal compliance, advertising rules in your market, and rights to the product data and images you supply.
• The app will not fabricate social proof. Review and testimonial sections render only content you provide or genuinely import; generated advertorial pages carry a “Sponsored” label. Do not edit generated content to present invented reviews, endorsements or urgency as real.
• As between you and us, generated output written into your store is yours. We make no claim of trademark availability for generated brand names — check before you rely on one.

06Acceptable use

• Do not use the app for products or content that are unlawful, deceptive or infringing, or that violate Shopify’s Acceptable Use Policy.
• Do not probe, overload, resell or reverse engineer the service.
• We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms; you can uninstall at any time.

07Intellectual property

The app, its generation engine and the Vitrine SB theme remain the property of SymplysisAI, Inc.. Themes installed into your store are licensed to that store, perpetually and without further charge — the license survives uninstalling the app.

Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

08Third-party services

The app runs on Shopify and uses the processors listed in the privacy policy(hosting, database, AI generation, analytics). Your use of Shopify remains governed by Shopify’s own terms; outages or changes in those services can affect the app.

09Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any particular commercial outcome — conversion rates, sales and ad performance depend on factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the app is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits or data.

10Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially the effective date above is updated and we notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the app after a change takes effect is acceptance of the new terms.

11Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Questions, notices and credit requests go to support@symplysis.com.
